Melanzane e Zucchini Vegan


Roasted and marinated aubergine, roasted and marinated courgettes, a hint of garlic, San Marzano tomato basil sauce, vegan mozzarella cheese, fresh basil, and a drizzle of olive oil.

Dairy free and lactose free.

  • Cooking instruction

    Pre-heat the oven at 180°/gas mark 4. Place your pizza on the middle shelf rack of the oven and cook it for 8-10 minutes. Times may vary if cooked from frozen, we suggest to defrost it 3 hours before, at room temperature, to reach the best result.

  • Shelf life

    Our products are made to order and delivered fresh. They last for 3 days in the fridge or they can be frozen for up to 3 months.

  • Ingredients

    Wheat flour, sugar, salt, water, fresh yeast (0.001%), courgettes, aubergines, fresh basil, tomato sauce, garlic, vegan cheese (Carrageenan, rice milk, cashew milk, spices, salt, onion powder, garlic powder), rapeseed oil, extra virgin olive oil.
