Focaccia pepperoni - Italian salami pepperoni, mix of roasted and marinated sliced peppers, San Marzano tomato basil sauce, fior di latte cheese and a drizzle of olive oil.
Pre-heat the oven at 180°/gas mark 4. Place your focaccia on a tray or just in the oven on the shelf rack and cook it for 8-10 minutes .
If you don't have an oven, you can reheat it in the microwave (900watt) for 1 minute.
