LA FOCACCIA'S STORY
La Focaccia, is an artisan family bakery founded by the Italian Chef Davide Salvati in 2015, he came up with a new concept and new idea of Italian street food. Today an established business, being the first business selling focaccia as street food.
Our aim is to deliver fresh, high quality and delicious products to our customers.
We also do private catering events and take part of many food festivals and markets.
We are constantly striving to improve our service - our aim is to deliver fresh, high quality and delicious products to our customers to give you the experience at home of being in Italy for a meal.
What do we do
All of our bakery products are left to rise 24 - 36 hours before we work/bake with, this is due to a little quantity of yeast inside which aids for better digestion.
We only use local produce for our vegetables and all the meat and cheese are imported fresh straight from Italy every week.
We do over 25 different ranges of products, focaccia, calzone and Neapolitan Panini, this includes vegan and vegetarian options.
All of our flavours come from around the regions of Italy and some of them are from the imagination of the chef; combining both Italian cuisine and some of the UK’s favourite ingredients.
